We are unable to accept returns of opened DVDs and CDs, except defective items. Apparel that is unworn, unwashed or defective may be returned for a full refund or exchange and must include the original packaging and tags.

All returns should be sent by regular mail; be sure to include a brief explanation with a copy of the invoice, which includes your name and address.
